Meet your instructor
Kelvin Klatt
Kelvin has 10 year experience as a former business, marketing, and management consultant, helping organisations and teams improving their performances, internal processes, and ways of working together.
In the past 4 years Kelvin is focusing specifically on helping teams and organisations to work effectively in a non-hierarchical self-managing way.
In 2013 he started his own consulting practice, which has been evolved into what New Circle is today.
